The goal of cadeting is helping boys to grow more Christ-like in all areas of life. The boys are involved with bible study, badges and other activities combined with the Central Alberta Council. These activities include snow derby, fishing derby, spring campouts and Cadet Sunday.
This Cadet season, we will meet on Saturday mornings 9:30-11:30.
Our program will begin on
This year, our Cadet theme is “Rooted and Grounded.” This theme is based on Ephesians 3 : 17 - 18, “And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, … to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ.”
We pray that this theme will remind Cadets and Counselors of the bredth and depth of Christ's love.
In doing so, we hope to encourage the boys and men of Cadets to reflect that love as they live for Jesus.
