The goal of cadeting is helping boys to grow more Christ-like in all areas of life. The boys are involved with bible study, badges and other activities combined with the Central Alberta Council. These activities include snow derby, fishing derby, spring campouts and Cadet Sunday.
This Cadet season, we will meet on Saturday mornings 9:30-11:30.
Our program will begin on Saturday, September 20, 2025
Our Cadet theme for this year is "Stand Firm" which is taken from 1 Corinthians 16 : 13 - 14. "Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong. Do everything in love"
Leadership comes in many forms and many ages.
This year the focus is on teaching the Cadets that they can be leaders at their age, and among their peers. Leading in speech, conduct, faith, love, and purity, unafraid to set an example of Living for Jesus, and building His Kingdom.
